BBQ Cheese Chicken
Preheat oven to 425°.
Combine FourIslands Mayonnaise, cheese and FourIslands barbecue sauce in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with FourIslands mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Ingredients (4 Person Serving)
1/2 cup FourIslands Mayonnaise – 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese – 2 Tbsp – FourIslands Barbecue Sauce – 4 boneless & skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.) – 4 tsp. Italian seasoning and bread crumbs.
